Any abuse or excessive use may result in cancellation or suspension from the program.  The member may rescind and cancel the agreement at anytime.  Swift Wash requires a 30 day written notice prior to cancellation.  The agreement will cancel on the date of this agreement in the month following the written notice of cancellation.  Swift Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary.  The member may use the membership tag at any participating Swift Wash Car Wash Location.  Members may upgrade to a higher wash at a discounted price and pay the difference at the time of wash.  The member agrees to abide by the terms of this agreement and others that may be added from time to time by Swift Wash.  Lost or stolen tags should be reported to Swift Wash immediately.  A nominal fee of $5.00 will be charged for tag replacement.  A Membership is non-transferable.  The member shal not sell assign or transfer this agreement to anyone.  Any such assignment or transfer shall be null and void.  Any breash or default by the member of this agreement shall permit Swift Wash to terminate, suspend or revoke membership.
