• All Club Memberships are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment date, but occasionally the charge may process a day early or a day late.

• Promotional offers are valid one time per account. Regular rates will apply to any account that is re-enrolled under a promotional offer.

• Introductory pricing is guaranteed for 1 month from the date of enrollment. After the initial charge at the special introductory rate, the monthly charge will increase to the regularly advertised price.

• Club Membership is an automatic recharge program that will remain in effect until notice of cancellation is provided by going to Manage My Plan or visiting any one of our sites. Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the monthly billing date.

• Customer Service can be reached at Contact Us Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST.

• No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage. Terminated Club Memberships will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

• Swift Wash will attempt to recharge credit cards for up to 14 consecutive days and may terminate your Club if the charge is declined by the credit card processing system.

• Monthly rates for Club Memberships may increase without individual Member notification from Swift Wash. However, any price increases to regularly advertised Club pricing will be posted at the location at least 30 days prior to any rate change taking effect.

• Club Memberships are good for one (1) vehicle only and Member tags must remain securely adhered to the interior of the front windshield on the driver’s side. Member tags that are damaged from being moved to another vehicle will be voided and subject to a $5 replacement fee and possible termination.

• Joining the Club does not guarantee that a vehicle can be safely washed. Please see Restrictions & Disclaimer before washing your vehicle.

• Swift Wash reserves the right to terminate Club Memberships at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.

• Swift Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the Membership at any time.

• Swift Wash reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.

• By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive text messages and emails from Swift Wash and/or its affiliates in connection with your Membership, including promotions and advertising. You can cancel at any time by replying “STOP”. Message and data rates apply.

• Cash or Swift Wash Gift Cards cannot be accepted for automatic recharge plans. Frequent washers who want to pay cash can purchase 3-, 6-, 9-, or 12-month Club Memberships.

• Club Memberships are not for use on dealership owned vehicles. Please contact Swift Wash for information regarding Fleet Accounts.

• Terms & Conditions must be agreed to at the time of joining the Membership. Enrollment into the Swift Wash Club Membership is considered acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
